Welcome Hazem Ali!

We’re excited to welcome Hazem Ali to the Cevotec team as our new Senior Engineer, Automation Control!

Hazem brings with him a wealth of experience in automation and control systems, with deep expertise in PLC programming, advanced robotics integration, and smart factory technologies. A graduate of Helwan University in Cairo, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Hazem has since developed a strong track record across industries, implementing structured, modular control systems that meet the highest standards of modern industrial automation.

His skills span Beckhoff and Siemens platforms, object-oriented programming, and robotics integration with KUKA, ABB, and FANUC systems. He’s also well-versed in vision systems, AI-powered computer vision, and Digital Twin environments using Unity3D—all key components for cutting-edge manufacturing.

At Cevotec, Hazem is responsible for developing the control architecture for our fiber patch placement systems. His role includes PLC and HMI programming, robot and vision system integration, machine commissioning, and driving innovative solutions for R&D and machine safety.

When asked why he joined Cevotec, Hazem shared:

Outside of work, Hazem is a tech enthusiast who enjoys reading technology magazines, experimenting in his home workshop, and cooking dishes from around the world.
