New parallel slave curve generation algorithm (beta)
Improvements in other curve-creation algorithms
Thickness offsets: more flexible choice of when to generate offset surfaces, other thickness plot and thickness offsets changes (fixes, improved smoothing), added a way to export thickness-offset surface
Variable patch length: stabilization and improvements for some corner cases
Trapezoids: more stable; improved draping and visualization
