SAMBA Pro PV sneak preview, welcome Marcel, and join our webinar!

Dear friends of Fiber Patch Placement,

Summer is all around in the Munich area, and also our cevoLab is running hot as our engineering teams progress the assembly of our first dedicated SAMBA system for composite tank dome reinforcements. In this newsletter, we present a little sneak preview that we’ve first aired at JEC World in April. 

Speaking about the JEC show: Thanks again to everyone who came by and spent time with us! The level of “busy-ness” at our joint booth with GFM was record-high and we look forward to building up new and existing relationships. Following the show, we also welcomed our sales partners from France, North America, Japan, and China at our offices for our 1st International Sales Day, full of inspiring discussions and updates about FPP.

And we’d be honored to also welcome you personally at Cevotec – maybe for a demo run of our new SAMBA system this fall?

Projects

New web API supports automated creation of individual laminates

As part of the grant-supported project Patch2Patient, Cevotec teamed up with Munich-based medical software expert Mecuris to set up an automated process for the laminate creation of patient individual prosthetic legs. For this purpose, Cevotec developed a new cloud-hosted API that interfaces with the solution from Mecuris. Read the details in out blog article:

SAMBA Pro PV system

Our SAMBA system dedicated to dome reinforcements for hydrogen tanks meets with high interest. We are currently assembling such FPP system in our lab in Unterhaching near Munich. This SAMBA Pro PV system will be commercially available for demonstrations in fall 2023, and available for customer projects from 2024 onwards. Webinar: FPP design techniques

We would like to invite you to our upcoming webinar on innovative approaches to FPP laminate design on September 20, 4pm (CET). We will present different methods how to design a patch-based laminate in ARTIST STUDIO.
